BlackBox Learning provides educational programs, workshops, mentorship, career-focused learning experiences, recorded learning resources, internship opportunities, placement assistance, and related educational services.

Programs may include live online classes, offline sessions, recorded content, digital resources, mentorship systems, LMS access, and community participation.

By using the platform or enrolling in any program, you confirm that:

• The information provided during enrollment is accurate
• You are legally capable of entering into a valid agreement
• You agree to comply with academy policies and operational guidelines
• You will use academy services only for lawful educational purposes

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials and account access.

Users agree not to:

• Share account access with others
• Distribute paid resources to third parties
• Attempt unauthorized access to academy systems
• Misuse the platform or LMS infrastructure
• Conduct activities harmful to the platform, students, or academy operations

BlackBox Learning reserves the right to suspend or restrict access in cases involving security risks, unauthorized sharing, misuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity.

Enrollment into paid programs may require full or partial fee payments depending on the selected payment structure.

Prices, offers, scholarships, installment plans, and promotional campaigns may change periodically at the academy's discretion.

Students are responsible for ensuring timely completion of installment or EMI payments where applicable.

Failure to complete pending dues may result in temporary restrictions related to:

• LMS access
• Recorded content access
• Certifications
• Placement support
• Internship opportunities

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of program enrolled.

Live Programs

Refund requests for live cohort-based programs may not be accepted after two live classes have been conducted.

Recorded Programs

Recorded learning programs and digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

All platform content remains the intellectual property of BlackBox Learning and/or Daffodilcore Private Limited unless otherwise stated, including:

• Videos
• Notes & PDFs
• Source code
• Designs
• Branding assets
• Assignments
• Recordings
• Course materials
• Educational resources

Users may not:

• Reproduce academy content commercially
• Redistribute paid materials to others
• Record classes without prior authorization
• Upload academy resources publicly
• Sell or share academy educational content

Unauthorized distribution or piracy may result in account suspension, certificate invalidation, legal review, or additional action where necessary.

BlackBox Learning actively works toward supporting student career development through mentorship, portfolio guidance, interview preparation, project-based learning, and placement assistance.

However, final employment outcomes, hiring decisions, compensation structures, freelance opportunities, remote opportunities, and recruiter selections are determined by external companies, student performance, communication skills, technical capabilities, and market conditions.

Users are expected to maintain respectful, professional, and lawful behavior across all academy platforms, communication systems, communities, workshops, and events.

Users must not:

• Harass or threaten others
• Spread malicious misinformation
• Upload harmful or illegal content
• Conduct fraudulent activities
• Misuse academy systems or LMS infrastructure
• Disrupt learning environments
• Engage in piracy or unauthorized distribution of content

The academy reserves the right to restrict or terminate access in situations involving severe misconduct or repeated policy violations.

Certain academy operations may rely on third-party platforms including cloud providers, communication tools, LMS technologies, payment gateways, and external integrations.

While BlackBox Learning aims to work with reliable providers, the academy shall not be held directly responsible for technical failures, outages, disruptions, restrictions, or operational interruptions caused by third-party services beyond reasonable control.

BlackBox Learning and Daffodilcore Private Limited shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, career-related, technical, financial, or consequential losses arising from:

• Employment decisions
• Recruiter actions
• Internet disruptions
• Third-party platform failures
• Service interruptions
• Market conditions
• User misuse of services

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of academy services, platforms, enrollments, or payments shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

BlackBox Learning reserves the right to reasonably update, revise, or modify website policies, operational procedures, pricing structures, platform features, and service terms at any time.

Continued use of the website or academy services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
